This gelatin salad serves several, tastes yummy, and looks very pretty. That is a good combination by anyone’s standards. This apricot gelatin salad uses bananas and pineapple in the gelatin layer. The topping adds pineapple juice, egg, cream cheese, etc. As you can see, this one recipe includes a lot of different components into one salad.
